What are you personal opinion about stem cells theraphy

The stem cell I think that they are helpful for us to live more , but I think it can be dangerous to donate stem cells because maybe the person don´t receive well that and can died. Also, I will be a little bit scared because I don't like very much that people donate me with embroyes .If I had a disease I would like that people donate me cell to be alive.
